This website is operated by Koopser Retail Services Ltd, a company registered in Uganda (Registration No. 8003420201978475), and an affiliate of MsL (UK) Groupe Ltd, a private corporation registered in the United Kingdom. Throughout this document, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Koopser Retail Services Ltd.
Koopser is a personal sourcing service. We find and buy specific products from verified UK retailers on your behalf and deliver them to you in Uganda. We operate this website, including all information, tools and services available from www.koopser.com, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site or submitting a request to us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any of our services.
Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online platform that allows us to operate this site and communicate with you.
Section 1: Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you must not break any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our Service.
Section 2: General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
Section 3: Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Section 4: Our Sourcing Service
Koopser is a personal sourcing service, not a catalogue store. We do not hold stock or list products for sale. The Service works as follows:
You submit a request through our Make a Request form, telling us what you want.
Within 24 hours, we send you a full quote covering the product cost, shipping from the UK to Uganda, and an honest estimate of any import duties.
If you accept the quote, you pay a deposit of at least 70 percent of the quoted total. We then purchase the item from a verified UK retailer and ship it to you. The remaining balance is collected on delivery or by a second invoice.
Because each item is bought specifically for you, every order is unique. The product you receive is the genuine item from the UK retailer, supplied with a UK receipt.
We reserve the right to decline any request, including for products we do not source. We do not source standalone lithium batteries, liquids, aerosols, perfumes, food, clothing, shoes, items over 20kg, or counterfeit goods.

Section 5: Quotes and Prices
All prices are provided to you individually as a quote before you commit to anything. We do not display fixed prices on this site. A quote reflects the product cost, shipping, and an estimate of import duties at the time it is issued, and is valid for the period stated in the quote.
Quotes may change if a UK retailer's price changes, if stock becomes unavailable, or if shipping or duty costs change before you confirm. We will always tell you before anything is purchased on your behalf.
Section 6: Accuracy of Your Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when you submit a request and when you arrange payment, including your name, contact details, and delivery address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes, so that we can prepare your quote, complete your order, and contact you as needed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request at our discretion.
Section 7: Payment
We use PesaPal as our payment provider. Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is made through a secure PesaPal invoice sent to you directly by Koopser. You do not pay through a website checkout.
For each order, you pay a deposit of at least 70 percent of the quoted total before we purchase your item. The remaining balance is collected on delivery or by a second PesaPal invoice. All amounts are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Section 8: Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Any use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.
Section 9: Third-Party Links
Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of these third-party sites and assume no liability for any third-party materials, products or services.
Section 10: User Comments and Submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials, whether online, by email, or otherwise, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, use such submissions in any medium. We are under no obligation to keep any comments confidential, to pay compensation, or to respond.
You agree that your comments will not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material or any malware. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.

Section 12: Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site, or in a quote, that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel an order at any time without prior notice.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to break any regulations or laws, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate against any person, to submit false or misleading information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect the personal information of others, to spam or phish, or to interfere with the security features of the Service.

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The Service and all products and services delivered through the Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind.
In no case shall Koopser Retail Services Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates (including MsL (UK) Groupe Ltd), agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of the Service or any products procured using the Service.
Section 15: Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Koopser Retail Services Ltd, MsL (UK) Groupe Ltd, and our respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Section 16: Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of any remaining provisions.
Section 17: Termination
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by telling us that you no longer wish to use our Service, or by ceasing to use our site.
If in our sole judgement you fail to comply with any term of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Section 18: Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us, governing your use of the Service and superseding any prior agreements, communications and proposals.
Section 19: Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. As an affiliate of a UK-registered entity, we also acknowledge applicable United Kingdom commercial law where relevant. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
Section 20: Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
