This site is operated by Koopser Retail Services Ltd, a company registered in Uganda ("we", "us", or "our"), and an affiliate of MsL (UK) Groupe Ltd, a private corporation registered in the United Kingdom. We operate the website at www.koopser.com (the "Site").
Koopser is a personal sourcing service. We find and buy specific products from verified UK retailers on your behalf and deliver them to you in Uganda. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit the Site, submit a request, or place an order with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

2.1 Information you provide directly
When you use the Site or submit a request, you may give us:
Contact details: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, and delivery address.
Request details: the product you ask us to source, the brand and model, your budget, and any notes you add on the Make a Request form.
Order and payment information: delivery address, payment confirmations from PesaPal, and your order history with us.
Customer support information: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp when seeking assistance.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain usage data, including:

We may receive information about you from third-party service providers, including our website platform (Shopify), our payment provider (PesaPal, which accepts M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), and analytics providers.

4. Payment Processing
We use PesaPal as our payment provider to process payments securely. PesaPal accepts M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are sent to you as a secure PesaPal invoice and are processed directly by PesaPal under their own privacy policy. We do not store your full payment details on our systems.
