Overview

Koopser is a personal sourcing service. We buy specific products from verified UK retailers on your behalf and deliver them to you in Uganda. We do not sell from a catalogue. You tell us what you want, we send you a full quote, and you decide whether to go ahead.

This policy explains how we ship, how long it takes, and how import duties work.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to homes and offices across Uganda. Primary coverage is Kampala and the Greater Kampala area, including Wakiso, Mukono, and Entebbe. If you are unsure whether we reach your location, email support@koopser.com before you place a request.

We do not ship to addresses outside Uganda.

2. How we ship

Once your deposit is paid, we purchase your item from a UK retailer and ship it to Uganda by DHL or an equivalent international courier. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days from the date we dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number by WhatsApp or email once your order is on its way. Customs clearance can affect timing, and we will keep you updated if anything changes.

3. Shipping cost

The full cost of getting your item to Uganda is included in the quote we send you before you pay anything. There are no hidden delivery charges added later.

Our minimum order value is UGX 230,000 (about £50). Below this amount, international shipping makes the total price unworkable for both sides.

4. Import duties

Items imported into Uganda are subject to Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) import duties. We include an honest estimate of these duties in your quote, so you see the full landed cost before you commit.

The final duty amount is set by URA at the point of clearance and can vary slightly from our estimate. We will always flag this clearly in your quote so there are no surprises at the door.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, or it is not what we quoted, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email. Include your order details and, where possible, photographs. Every item we source comes with a UK retailer receipt, which means the original retailer's return or warranty process is available where needed. We will work with you to put it right.
