How It Works

Koopser sources specific products from UK and EU retailers on your behalf. Here is how the process works.

Step 1: Tell us what you want

Fill in the Make a Request form. Tell us the product, the brand and model if you know it, and your budget. The more detail you give us, the faster we can find exactly what you need.

Step 2: We send you a full quote

Within 24 hours we will come back to you with a complete price. That means the product cost, shipping from the UK to Uganda, and an honest estimate of any import duties. No hidden charges. No surprises at the door.

Step 3: You confirm and we source it

If you are happy with the quote, you pay a 70% deposit via PesaPal — by card or mobile money. We then purchase the item from a verified UK retailer and ship it to you via DHL or equivalent courier. The remaining 30% is collected on delivery.

What this means for you

Everything we source comes from genuine UK retailers such as Amazon UK, John Lewis, Curry's, and Argos. You receive the real product, with a UK receipt, at a price you agreed to in advance.
