Delivery & Payment

Shipping
We ship all orders from the UK to Uganda via DHL or an equivalent international courier. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days from the date we dispatch your item.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We will send this to you via WhatsApp or email.
Please note that delivery timelines can vary due to customs clearance. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Import Duties
All items imported into Uganda are subject to Uganda Revenue Authority import duties. We include an honest estimate of these duties in your quote before you pay anything.
The final duty amount is determined by URA at the point of clearance and may vary slightly from the estimate. We will always flag this clearly in your quote so there are no surprises.
Payment
We use PesaPal for all payments. PesaPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, MTN Mobile Money, and Airtel Money.
How payment works: you pay at least 70% of the total quoted amount as a deposit before we place your order. The remaining 30% is collected on delivery or via a second PesaPal invoice once your item arrives in Uganda.
All payments are made via a secure PesaPal invoice sent to you directly by Koopser. You do not pay through the website checkout.
Minimum Order
Our minimum order value is UGX 230,000 (approximately £50). Below this amount, international shipping costs make the total price unworkable for both parties.
