Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to homes and offices across Kampala. We are working to expand delivery to other areas in Uganda soon.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 15 to 30 business days. This is our default shipping method for most orders, fulfilled from our supplier warehouse.

Express Delivery: 5 to 10 business days via DHL. Available on selected items at checkout. Express shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by order weight.

Delivery Fees

Standard delivery is free on orders over UGX 500,000 within Kampala. For orders below this amount, delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Import Duties and Taxes

Your order is shipped internationally. Import duties and taxes may be charged by Uganda Revenue Authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order price. If you need assistance with customs clearance, please contact us and we will help where we can.

How We Ship

We ship via trusted international logistics partners including CJDropshipping and DHL. All orders are carefully packaged before dispatch and you will receive a tracking reference once your order has been shipped.
